Rachel has a proven track record for running a business. She was the owner and instructor of Aqualengths Aquatics School for 25 years, with qualifications as a Lifesaving Society First Aid Instructor, Examiner, Red Cross and Lifesaving Society Instructor & Examiner, and Heart & Stroke Foundation CPR Instructor. For years she has provided exceptional training programs including, Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI), Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion and Emergency First Aid, National Life Guard Service Certification.
She also started and managed a company called Health & Safety Associates (HASA), and was responsible for training programs and instructional material for WSIB and conducted pre-audit inspections and training, First Aid, Fall Safe and Fork Lift Driving Training.
Her daughters were raised as avid horse lovers, riding at local equine facilities and attending horse camp for the summer. The Webber family adopted two of the horses from the camp to care for over the winter, and realized very quickly that there is something magical about these majestic animals.
